Terms, conditions, and privacy policy
Please read our policies carefully before making a booking
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- All prices are based on current market rates and are in US dollars. Once a booking is confirmed, rates cannot be changed or negotiated.
- Reservations are confirmed and prepaid at the listed rate only with the guest’s consent.
- Bookings made through third parties (including booking websites, travel agents, and OTAs) are also confirmed and prepaid only with the guest’s consent.
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservation Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected, or if a booking results from an error or mistake.
Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is charged upon confirmation.
- This deposit is fully refundable (minus a 5% processing/administrative fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 31 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.
- Payments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, bad weather, illness, airline disruptions, strikes, cancellations, hurricanes, or personal circumstances.
Arrival Information
- Guests are asked to provide arrival details so we can arrange pick-up from the ferry terminal or the domestic airport. The airport is approximately a 3-minute walk from the Diamante property.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- We will make every effort to accommodate guests upon arrival.
Guest Services and Amenities
- Luggage storage is available at check-in and check-out.
- Guests are welcome to use all outdoor amenities.
- One housekeeping is complimentary for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Additional housekeeping services and towel changes are available for an extra charge.
House Rules
- In accordance with the resort policy, only the number of confirmed and register guests are allowed in/on our property. If you have a visitor, you MUST get management approval and register them during our office working hours. Visitors are only allowed during the day up to 9p.m and do not have access to our amenities. We reserve the right to escort anyone off the property who is not a paying and register guest of Diamante Beachfront suites. This is for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. The Registered Guest Fee is $25USD + 9% tax per night for an overnight guest and will be added to your room charges (must not exceed 4 persons in the suite).
- Quiet hours are from 9P.M- 8:00 A.M, during which time we ask that you please keep noise from the units, beach, and common areas to a minimum. Please be mindful of your fellow guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Please keep makeup, sun block, tanning oils/lotions and bug spray off the linens as these can leave stains that are impossible to clean. If linens or towels are ruined or lost the replacement charges are as follows: Any stains in towels will result in a charge of:
Hand Towel: $10 USD
Bath/Beach Towel: $25 USD
Wash Cloth: $5 USD
Sheets: $75 USD
Duvet/inserts: $125 USD
Pillowcase: $20 USD
- Please keep sun block, tanning oils/lotions, and bug spray off the furniture. If an oil stain is found on the couch, a deep cleaning fee of $250 USD will be charged. Please do not set mosquito spray, such as OFF, on wooden furniture as it will burn and damage the wood, necessitating a costly repair (starting at $150 USD).
- Always lock your unit when you leave. Please be mindful of keys during your stay and be sure to turn all provided keys in at check-out. The replacement fee for a lost room key is $25 USD and for safe key is $275 USD.
- Please do not take glasses or cups off Diamante property. No glasses are allowed in the pool or jacuzzi. A $10 USD replacement fee will be charged for each missing glass/cup from your unit.
- All our suites are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, or any area outside the suite.
- 1 free housekeeping is offered for stays of 7 night and more and should be schedule 1 day in advance with our guest services team.
- For stays of 6 nights or less a set of 10 bath towels, 10 hand towels, 10 wash cloths and 4 beach towels is provided on arrival and is for the entire stay. If in need of change of towel, cleaning, or laundry services our housekeeping team can do it at a fee.
- Please note that golf carts belong to a third-party vendor, any damage made will be dealt and processed with them directly.
- No pets are allowed in the suite, balcony or around the property.
