Before booking, please read our policies!

*Only registered guests are allowed on our premises.

* All Prices are set by the competitive market and confirmed bookings are neither price changeable nor negotiable.

* Confirmation and prepayment of reservations for the listed rate are made ONLY upon the guest’s consent.

*All Diamante Beachfront Suites Bookings arranged through third parties, booking websites, travel agents, OTAs, etc.

are confirmed and prepaid ONLY upon the guest’s consent.

*We require a 50% deposit at booking; the remaining 50% is charged 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival.

*We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

*Cancellation of Reservations:

*Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit will be charged and is fully refundable up to 31 days prior to the check-in date, less 5% processing fee/ administrative fees.

Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.

Payment/deposit made towards the booking is forfeited and non-refundable for No-Shows.

*We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance in the event that travelling is prevented by any of the following: travel delays, bad weather, illness, airline delays, strikes or cancellations, including hurricanes or personal situations.

*The arrival information of our guests is requested for pick-up arrangements from either the ferry terminal or the domestic airport: the latter being approximately a 3-minute walk to the Diamante compound.

Check-in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11 am.

We make every effort to accommodate our guests upon arrival.

We can arrange to hold the luggage of our guests at check-in/out.

Our guests are most welcome to use our outdoor amenities.
